Set in W2, London, the brief for this project was to maximise floor area and to create versatile and stylish city space. This was achieved by the full demolition and excavation of the site and a total reconstruction. Every aspect of traditional detailing to the front facade was recreated to Planning requirements, however, behind a contemporary mixture of steel and glass was implemented alongside a glazed atrium to flood light into the rear of the property.
